Our commitment

HEXENKRAFT s.r.o. is committed to making hexenkraft.cz accessible in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), implemented in the Czech Republic by zákon č. 424/2023 Sb., o požadavcích na přístupnost některých výrobků a služeb, and the underlying standard EN 301 549, which for web content points to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Conformance status

This site was built with accessibility as a design constraint from the start: a visible skip-to-content link, a persistent focus outline on every interactive element, a dark theme with an accent color chosen for contrast, semantic landmarks and headings, and no content that depends on color alone. An independent third-party conformance audit has not yet been performed, so we describe our status as partially conformant, self-assessed. We run our own Inkluso scanner against this site as part of routine testing and update this statement with the results.

Known limitations

No audit findings are currently open for this site. When a scan or a user report identifies a barrier, it is itemized here with a remediation timeline, in the same format Inkluso produces for customers.
